Cancellation Policy

▫️ All cancellations must be made 24hrs in advance. ▫️Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will be charged a 50% fee. (No Exemptions) ▫️No Call No Shows will be charged 100% service & removed from client list. ▫️Cancellation & Reschedules must be made online through confirmation emails and/or reminder emails ▫️All outstanding balances must be made before rebooking.
